Mr.
Squid is
similar to many of the 'lure' type cat toys that are being sold, but with
several important differences. First, there is the durability of its
construction. All materials used in the construction of Mr. Squid have been selected to withstand the
worst your cat can dish out and more.....and these materials have been tested
by some of the toughest customers we know, our own cats. But durability means
nothing if your cat won't play with it. That's why we have carefully selected Mr. Squid himself to be soft enough that your
cat will enjoy playing with it, but tough enough to stand up to months of play.
Second, we know that you are not always around when your cat wants to play.
That's why we have designed Mr. Squid
to be mounted in a doorway, on the wall, on your refrigerator door, or from the
ceiling where your cat can play with it whenever the need strikes. Most cats
find the shape and texture of Mr. Squid

We sell numerous
versions of Mr. Squid. Our tethered Mr.
Squid products include our
standard model, a glow-in-the-dark version (very popular with our
Quality Control team), and the Jumbo Squid.
All three models are supplied with tether designed to fit in a standard
doorway. In addition, we supply a
trolling version that is attachable to a fishing pole or stick if you want to
be a little more actively involved with your cat and two sizes of an untethered Trophy Squid.
We also sell a separate hardware kit that includes the necessary parts to
mount Mr. Squid to a doorway, wall, or
ceiling as well as an extension tether for use when Mr.
Squid is to be hung from a ceiling. If you have a non-standard
doorway, or ceiling height, or want to mount your Mr.
Squid somewhere else where a different length would be required, we
can custom make a Mr. Squid for you.
